Zapierとの統合

BrightPatternワークフローエンジンとZapierとの統合により、Zapierはコンタクトセンターのデータを使って"zap"と呼ばれるワークフローイベントを自動化できます。 Zapier統合設定には、Zapier統合アカウントの追加、シナリオでデータを取得する方法の指定が含まれます。

The properties of the Zapier type of integration account are described as follows.

Zapier integration account properties

Name is the name of the integration account.

The username (string) specifies a username that Zapier will use to access data.

The password (string) specifies a password that Zapier will use to access data.
