Zapierとの統合
BrightPatternワークフローエンジンとZapierとの統合により、Zapierはコンタクトセンターのデータを使って"zap"と呼ばれるワークフローイベントを自動化できます。 Zapier統合設定には、Zapier統合アカウントの追加、シナリオでデータを取得する方法の指定が含まれます。
