ロキソフトWFM

Loxysoft WFMアプリケーションとの統合は、ワークフォーススケジューリングとエージェントの勤務スケジュール遵守のリアルタイムモニタリングのために自動的に生成される多くのレポートを提供します。WFM統合アカウントの使用は、リアルタイムの遵守モニタリングにWFMを使用する場合にのみ必要です。

WFM統合アカウントは、コンタクトセンターで1つしか持てないことに注意してください。

Loxysoft WFM統合アカウントのプロパティ

プロパティ

Loxysoftタイプ統合の入力プロパティは以下の通りです。

名前

名前は統合アカウントの名前です。

定期更新インターバル

定期更新間隔は、リアルタイム・メトリクスを更新する期間（秒）です。

URL

URLフィールドはLoxysoftアカウントのユニークなURLフィールドで、コールフローデータの送信先です。

トークン

Loxysoftアカウントの認証トークンです。

接続中.

このボタンは認証情報をテストし、接続が有効かどうかを確認します。

スキルのマッピング

このボックスでは、以下のマッピングが可能です。サービス名を対応するLoxysoftコードにマッピングします。
