ケース

エージェントデスクトップのコンタクトにあるケースは、複数のエージェントからの関連メモやそれに続くフォローアップ活動を含む、エージェントが処理した対話を追跡するのに便利な方法です。これらの対話内容はチームメンバーが誰でもアクセスでき、平均よりも処理に時間がかかると思われるケースでの手伝いを可能にします。初期設定上、ケースはEメールを基に作成されます。ただし、チャットや電話からもケース作成が可能です。
