キャンペーン運営に関する一般情報

キャンペーンオペレータの業務を行う場合、エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションを使って、割り当てられたキャンペーンンのリアルタイムメトリックを見ることができます。

さらに、エージェントデスクトップは以下の目的で使用できます:

選択したキャンペーンの開始と停止
選択したキャンペーンに関連するリストのメトリックの表示
選択したキャンペーンに関連するリストの有効化と無効化
選択したキャンペーンに参加するエージェントが属するチームのメトリックの表示
キャンペーンチームの追加と削除

アクティブな対話リストからキャンペーンを選択すると、これらのメトリックとコントロールがエージェントデスクトップの右ペインに表示されます。

Note that in order to monitor and control a particular campaign, you must have the default Campaign Operator role or a custom role with privilege Control campaign operations, and you should be assigned as an operator for this campaign.
