スキルメトリックのビュー

サービスメトリックのビューに表示されているサービスごとに、そのサービス内の個々のスキルに関連するメトリックのサブセットを表示できます。

特定のサービスのスキルメトリックを表示するには、ご希望のサービスメトリックの行内の任意の場所（サービス名以外）をクリックします。（サービス名は、前のセクションで説明したように、不要なサービスを非表示にするために使われています。）新しいウィンドウが開き、選択したサービスに関連する個々のスキルごとのメトリックが表示されます。

You can move the skill metrics window to any other location on your Agent Desktop screen. To close the skill metrics window, click the close icon in the upper right-hand corner.
