Updated System Email Infrastructure

System emails have been upgraded. Tenants now have the option to use different protocols to send emails besides SMTP only. Emails sent will also arrive more reliably by retrying when an error is encountered. History of sent emails will be recorded, which can be useful for various integrations such as analytical purposes.

Added/Updated Features

Fixed Empty Disposition when Customers Close the Web Widget

When the chat widget is closed by a customer by clicking the cross button, the disposition recorded is currently blank. In this update, that disposition will now be CUSTOMER_TERMINATED. This helps differentiate chats that a customer has terminated from chats ended by an agent or the system.
