Manually Reschedule Preview Campaign Calls in Salesforce Lightning
Bright Pattern Contact Center version 5.3.21 allows customers with Salesforce.com (SFDC) integration accounts to manually reschedule preview campaign calls with the Agent Desktop widget from Salesforce Lightning.
