Changes in System Behavior
Big Sur 11.0 is the Minimum macOS Version for Client Software
This update can affect Apple hardware users running macOS 10.15 Catalina, which was previously the minimum supported version for Bright Pattern client software. Note that Catalina reached End of Life (EOL) in 2022.
Effective with this release, macOS 11.0 Big Sur is the minimum operating system version for running the Agent Desktop helper application (and its associated Safari Extension), or the Remote Assist client.
Existing installations of the Remote Assist client on macOS 10.15 Catalina will continue to function.

AI Summaries and Real Time Suggestions from Intelligence Engine
Bright Pattern Contact Center now integrates directly with the Intelligence Engine, giving you access to powerful tools for agent assistance, including AI Summaries and Real Time Suggestions for voice and chat interactions.
- AI Summaries: Historical Summaries help managers and analysts conduct reviews, while Real Time Summaries assist agents complete their after call work.
- Real Time Suggestions: Set up both keyword and AI-powered intent detection to trigger Real Time Suggestions for agents supporting voice or chat services.
Improvements to Google TTS Integration
We've optimized our Google Text-to-Speech (TTS) integration, resulting in faster performance when used in your contact center. If you're using a Google TTS integration account, no action is needed on your part to benefit from this improvement.
