Upgrade Notes

Salesforce SSO Callback URL Validation

Users Authentication 1.5 applies stricter security checks to the Salesforce SSO callback URL, which may require you to update your Salesforce connected app configuration to exactly match the format described in the Enabling Salesforce SSO guide.

Symptoms: Agents who sign in to Agent Desktop through the Salesforce Open CTI widget with SSO receive a 404 error. The error may be intermittent.

Resolution: In the Salesforce connected app settings, correct the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL to the format:

https://<your contact center domain>/agentdesktop/agentdesktop/sfsso/response

The ACS URL must contain a single URL with this exact format. Extra values in the ACS URL (such as query parameters) will result in failed validation and cause the 404 error.
