OmniQM 2.0.2 Release Notes

OmniQM 2.0.2 introduces new search and filter options and WebRTC playback.

Search and Filter by Alerts

Note: Requires Intelligence Engine 1.7.

Real-time supervisor alerts are visible in OmniQM. To display interactions with selected real-time alerts or filter interactions based on alert severity, use the Alert matches filter. To see all alerts within the last day, use the Alerted in past 24 hours search.  

View WebRTC Recordings

Click the WebRTC icon next to an interaction to open a dialog showing all video parties as well as additional playback timeline controls. These controls synchronize to the main timeline control and transcript navigation. For more information, see Video Calls in Bright Pattern Contact Center.
