数値データの送信方法

企業などへ電話する時、音声対話システムが起動し、ある数値データの入力が求められる場合があります。例えば、相手側の内線番号の入力やサービスオプションの選択が求められます。

数値データを入力するには、ダイアルパッドのタブをクリックしてください。必要な数字やその組み合わせをクリックしてください。

ダイアルパッドのタブが選択されている場合、パソコンのキーボードのテンキーを使って数値のトーンを設定できます。
