電子メールの受け付け方法

電子メールがプル方法によってデスクトップへ送信される場合、電子メール /受信ポップアップウィンドウが画面に表示されます。

このポップアップウィンドウは次の情報が含まれます:

  • お客様がリクエストしたサービス名
  • お客様の表示名(あれば)
  • お客様のメールアドレス
  • 件名


すぐに処理したいメールを受け付けるには、返信ボタンをクリックします。アクティブな対話リストには、デスクトップにアクティブな電子メールがあることを示す電子メールアイコン Email-Icon-50.png が表示されます。
