外線電話のかけ方
外線電話とは、公衆電話網の外線電話番号へかけられる電話のことを言います。
外線電話のかけ方は以下の通りです。
- Number Input Field, 番号入力フィールド 番号入力フィールド, に、相手側の電話番号を入力してください。貴社のコンタクトセンターの構成によって、電話番号の入力の前に、公衆電話網へアクセスするにはプレフィックス(例えば、 "1") の入力が求められる場合があります。プレフィックスは、相手側の地域によって異なる場合があります。プレフィックスの使用について、システム管理者にご確認ください。番号を入力する際、キーボードの数字キーまたは ダイアルパッド のタブ
がご利用いただけます。過去に手動入力またはダイヤルされた電話番号の場合、システムはそれを認識しオートコンプリートします。また、既存の外線番号に電話をかける場合、最近使ったコンタクト, ディレクトリー, お気に入りがご利用いただけます。 - かけたい外線電話はご提供の特定サービスと関連がある場合、 番号入力フィールドの下にあるドロップダウンメニュをクリックし、ご希望のサービスを選択してください。 貴社のコンタクトセンターの構成によりますが、 かける電話番号のプレフィックスに基き、サービスは電話に自動的に結び付けられることが可能です。どのサービスを選択すべきかが不明な場合、選択しないをクリックしてください。サービス選択方法についてシステム管理者へお尋ねください。

Note: You can use the plus sign "+" to dial international calls. To enter the plus sign from the Dial Pad, click and hold the “0” button.
If the called party is available, you will hear the ring back tone in your headset, and you will see a blinking outgoing call icon 
in the Active Communications List. When the called party answers, the outgoing call icon will stop blinking, indicating that the call is now established.
Note: Depending on your previous actions, instead of the Initiate call button 
, you may see the Initiate single-step conference button 
. This button is used to set up a conference with another active call on your desktop. In absence of another active call, this button can be used in the same way as the Initiate call button.
