作業セッションの終了

作業セッションを終了させるには、デスクトップの右上にあるログアウトアイコン' Logout-Icon-50.pngをクリックしてください。

作業セッション終了の確定を求めるダイアログボックスが表示されます。

OKをクリックしてください。

  • デスクトップにアクティブなチャットまたはコールがある場合、ログアウトする前にアクティブなチャットまたはコールを終了させる時間が与えられます。
  • デスクトップには作成中のメールがあっても、ログアウトが可能です。その場合、作成中のメールは下書きとして個人キューで保存されます。次回のログイン時にそのメールを完成できます。

ログアウトすると、ブラウザタブには Login dialogが表示されます。すぐにログインする場合、タブを開いた状態にしても構いません。しばらくログインしない場合、ブラウザタブを閉じてください。

ご注意 ログアウトコマンドを利用せず、ブラウザタブまたはブラウザアプリケーションを閉じる場合、ウェブページから移動するかどうかの確認ダイアログボックスが表示されます。OKをクリックすると、15秒以内にエージェントアプリケーションが閉じられ、ログアウト処理が行われます。
